目的探讨2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白与血糖之间的关系,为临床上诊断糖尿病提供更科学、更合理的辅助依据。方法检测256例糖尿病患者的糖化血红蛋白,同时测定空腹血糖(FBG)和餐后2小时血糖(2hPG),并对其结果分别进行相关分析,做统计学检验。结果糖化血红蛋白和空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hBG)之间存在着正向相关关系,即随着血糖升高,糖化血红蛋白也升高。结论检测血液中糖化血红蛋白对糖尿病患者诊断及治疗具有临床意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and blood glucose in type 2 diabetic patients and to provide a more scientific and rational basis for clinical diagnosis of diabetes mellitus. Methods The glycated hemoglobin was measured in 256 diabetic patients. The fasting blood glucose (FBG) and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2hPG) were measured at the same time. The results were analyzed respectively and statistically analyzed. Results There was a positive correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose (FPG) and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose (2hBG). HbA1c also increased with the increase of blood glucose. Conclusion The detection of hemoglobin A1c in blood has clinical significance for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic patients.
