目的探讨茵栀黄颗粒、双歧杆菌四联活菌联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法选择94例新生儿黄疸患儿,随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组均47例,对照组予新生儿黄疸常规治疗和蓝光照射;治疗组在对照组基础上加用茵栀黄颗粒及双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,治疗5天后观察疗效。结果治疗后两组总体有效率相比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论茵栀黄颗粒、双歧杆菌四联活菌联合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸安全、且疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Yinzhihuang granule, Bifidobacterium viable combined with blue light irradiation on neonatal jaundice. Methods 94 cases of neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 47 cases in both groups, the control group neonatal jaundice routine treatment and blue light irradiation; the treatment group on the basis of the control group plus Yinzhihuang granules And Bifidobacterium quadruple live bacilli treatment, after 5 days of treatment efficacy.
