根据调查统计,我所任教的班级,53名学生中就有34名学生是留守儿童。其中58.8%的留守儿童是父母一方外出,41.2%的留守儿童是父母同时外出。留守儿童中有31个孩子由爷爷、奶奶或外公、外婆抚养,3个孩子被托付给亲戚或朋友。目前,这个班级留守儿童的数量仍在逐步增加。留守儿童长期跟随祖辈家长生活,他们的教育观念、管理方法直接影响着孩子的成长。而大多数祖辈家长文化层次较低,缺乏教育管理孩子的理论知识和合理有效的方法。为了有效促进留守儿童身心健康成长,提升祖辈家长的素质势在必行。
According to the statistics of the survey, 34 of the 53 students in my class taught were left-behind children. Among them, 58.8% of left-behind children went out of their parents and 41.2% of left-behind children went out with their parents at the same time. Of the left-behind children, 31 were raised by grandparents, grandma or grandparents, and three children were entrusted to relatives or friends. Currently, the number of left-behind children in this class is still on the increase. Left-behind children follow the ancestral parents long-term life, their educational concepts, management methods directly affect the child’s growth. However, most of the ancestral parents have lower levels of education and lack the theoretical knowledge and reasonable and effective methods to educate their children. In order to effectively promote the healthy growth of left-behind children, it is imperative to improve the quality of parents.
