修建农田灌溉排水工程、公路和铁路的桥涵、城市和工矿地区的防洪工程,都要进行小流域设计洪水的计算。由于小流域一般缺少雨洪资料,且其数量多,工程措施涉及的面又较广,因此,计算方法应力求简便。目前,国内外采用的合理化公式或地区经验公式,只能算出设计洪峰流量。对于一些中小型水库或城市蓄洪设施,有时要求提供设计洪水过程线,以便分析它们的调洪能力和防洪效果。现介绍国外一种由暴雨推求设计洪水过程线的简单方法。
Construction of irrigation and drainage projects in farmland, bridges and culverts of highways and railways, flood control projects in cities and industrial and mining areas should all be used to calculate design floods in small watersheds. As small watersheds generally lack rainfall information, and their number is large, engineering measures involve a wide range of areas. Therefore, the calculation method should be simple and easy. At present, rational formula or regional experience formula adopted at home and abroad can only calculate the design peak flow. For some small and medium-sized reservoirs or urban flood storage facilities, it is sometimes required to provide design flood routing in order to analyze their flood control capabilities and flood control effects.
