急性黄疸型肝炎为小儿常见的传染病。笔者多年来应用自制的肝炎干糖浆治疗此病,经临床观察证明,疗效较为显著。现报告如下。1 处方与制备1.1 处方:田基黄20g,白花蛇舌草20g,白茅根20g,车前草20g,板蓝根20g。共制成干糖浆10小袋,每袋15g。1.2 制备:取处方规定量的药材,加水煎煮二次,每次煮沸0.5～1小时,分取各次煮液,滤过,滤液浓缩成稠膏状,另加白糖150g,混合均匀,于低温(80℃)烘干,干燥后取出研成粉末状,分装,即得。
