At present, the downward pressure on China’s economy has once again strengthened and state-owned enterprises once again become the mainstay of stabilizing investment and economic growth. One of the important tasks that are currently driving supply-side structural reforms is the liquidation of excess capacity with zombie companies, both of which focus on state-owned enterprises.
