张承先,原名张孝统,1915年1月5日生于山东省青州府高苑县城(今山东省淄博市高青县高城镇)。1936年2月参加共产主义青年团,5月转为中共正式党员,并于当年考入清华大学化学系。他在求学的同时,积极参与抗日救亡运动。抗日战争和解放战争时期,他先后担任五地委(也称卫东地委)书记
Zhang Chengxian, formerly known as Zhang Xiaotong, was born on January 5, 1915 in Gaoyuan County, Qingzhou Prefecture, Shandong Province (now Gaocheng County, Gaoqing County, Zibo City, Shandong Province). In 1936 February to participate in the Communist Youth League, in May to become an official member of the CPC, and then admitted to Tsinghua University Department of chemistry. While studying at the same time, he actively participated in the anti-Japanese national salvation movement. During the War of Resistance Against Japan and the War of Liberation, he served successively as secretary of the five prefectural committees (also known as Weidong Prefecture Committee)
