在高山环境,人体适应能力与低氧影响之间存在着一种对立统一的关系。若因某些因素干扰这种关系,便有可能产生不同程度的高山适应不全。对高山低氧的适应,涉及许多生理调节。心血管系统的反应是主要环节之一,是当前国内外的一个研究重点(1—3)。因此,研究高山低氧环境对心脏电活动的影响,对阐明高山适应机理,高山劳动生理以及防治高山病,都有一定的现实意义。
In the alpine environment, there is a unity of opposites between the adaptive capacity of the human body and the effects of hypoxemia. If some factors interfere with this relationship, it may have varying degrees of alpine insufficiency. Adaptation to alpine hypoxia involves many physiological adjustments. Cardiovascular system response is one of the main links, which is a research focus at home and abroad (1-3). Therefore, the study of the impact of alpine hypoxic environment on cardiac electrical activity, to clarify the mechanism of alpine adaptation, alpine labor physiology and prevention and treatment of mountain sickness, have some practical significance.
