现代公立医院的发展随着社会经济的腾飞而面临着各个方面的挑战,医院财务管理作为医院的经济中心问题,管理体制和方式等都是相关人士非常关心的关键点。随着各项制度的不断完善与改进,现代医院充分运用医院资源管理系统,来达到符合医疗卫生体制改革的要求。本文旨在说明如何进一步提升医院财务管理水平,实现医院各个系统的资源整合,达到数据资源共享,将各类财务信息与业务信息达成一致,提升医院资源管理系统在医院财务管理上的运用。并通过记录现代医院财务管理中好的地方,分析存在的一些问题,在此基础上提出了相应的解决方法。
The development of modern public hospitals faces various challenges with the socioeconomic take-off. The hospital financial management, as the economic center of the hospital, the management system and methods, are the key points that stakeholders are very concerned about. With the continuous improvement and improvement of various systems, modern hospitals make full use of the hospital resource management system to meet the requirements of the medical and health system reform. The purpose of this paper is to show how to further improve the hospital’s financial management, to achieve the integration of various hospital resources, to achieve the sharing of data resources, to reach agreement on various types of financial information and business information, and to enhance the utilization of hospital resource management systems in the hospital’s financial management. And by recording the good places in the modern hospital financial management, analyzing some existing problems, on the basis of which the corresponding solutions are put forward.
