我厂修理KSS7型装载机时发现前桥差速器壳上用的圆锥滚子轴承多数损坏,有的导致主减速齿轮副(盆齿)也受到严重破坏。其轴承是英制的598/592A轴承,在国内很难买到,我们采用了公制轴承7120代替。7120轴承额定动负荷C=9550kg,极限转速为3000r/min,可以满足使用要求。尺寸的比较:(内径×外径×宽度) 598/592A:φ92.075×φ152.40×39.6887120:φ100×φ150×32.4很明显,宽度差可以用调整法予以消除,内外
