检测56例原发性高血压(EH)卡托普利治疗前后空腹及餐后胰岛素(In)与血脂水平,并与正常对照组比较。结果显示:EH组血脂、餐后血糖及In均高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后血In降低,HDL-ch及apoA1升高,apoB、TO降低,对TC无明显影响。相关分析表明:EH血In与TG、TC、apoB呈显著正相关,与HDL-ch、apoA1呈显著负相关。提示卡托普利可改善In敏感性,降低In水平,并对血脂产生有益影响。
Fasting and postprandial insulin (Ins) and blood lipid levels were measured before and after treatment with captopril in 56 patients with essential hypertension (EH), and compared with the normal control group. The results showed that blood lipid, postprandial blood glucose and In in EH group were higher than those in control group (P <0.05). After treatment, blood In decreased, HDL-ch and apoA1 increased, apoB and TO decreased, but no significant effect on TC. Correlation analysis showed that EH blood In was positively correlated with TG, TC, apoB and negatively correlated with HDL-ch, apoA1. Tip Captopril can improve In sensitivity, reduce the In level, and beneficial effects on blood lipids.
