熟悉农村工作的人都知道,在影响农村党支部建设健康发展的诸多因素中,台上与台下(新当选村干部与落选村干部)之间的矛盾是其中的一个重要方面。有的村就是因为台上与台下矛盾尖锐,互不买账,互不合作,导致新当选的支部班子工作处处受阻,影响村里的稳定和发展。如何帮助新当选的村支部处理好这一矛盾呢?河北省唐山市丰润区老庄子镇党委在今年的党支部换届选举工作中,做了积极探索。
