作者等应用变应原和高渗液对特应性患者及正常人进行鼻激发,以比较两者的粘膜敏感性。试验对象为11名常年性鼻炎患者,其中9名屋尘螨皮肤试验阳性,另2名通过鼻激发和特异性IgE测量证实为屋尘螨过敏;3名伴有哮喘。另以9名无鼻部症状,16种常用变应原皮肤试验阴性者作对照。变应原激发后10分钟测鼻洗液中组胺含量。部分患者对10BU/ml浓度的屋尘螨有组胺释放反应,当激发浓度达100BU/ml时,全部患者均有反应。反应程度与激
