回顾我国企业参与公益性信息资源开发利用的发展历程和主要类型,总结目前我国企业参与公益性信息资源开发利用活动存在的若干不足之处,包括社会关注度有待提高、沟通渠道尚未建立、管理制度不完善、缺乏对公益性信息资源使用和管理的必要监督等。针对上述问题,提出构建我国企业参与公益性信息资源开发利用的四大长效机制,包括宣传机制、管理机制、激励机制和监督机制等。
Recalling the development process and main types of enterprises participating in the development and utilization of public welfare information resources in our country, summarize some shortcomings of enterprises participating in the development and utilization of public welfare information resources, including the need to improve social attention, the establishment of communication channels, the management system Imperfect, lack of necessary supervision of the use and management of public welfare information resources. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes four long-term mechanisms to build Chinese enterprises’ participation in the development and utilization of public welfare information resources, including publicity mechanism, management mechanism, incentive mechanism and supervision mechanism.
