目的:观察缬沙坦联合灯盏花素治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法:68例糖尿病肾病患者采用随机平行分组对照方法分为两组,对照组34例,给予缬沙坦80mg/天;治疗组34例,在给予缬沙坦80mg/天的基础上给予灯盏花素50mg静脉滴注,每日1次;疗程均为4周,观察治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量(UEA)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血肌酐(SCr)、空腹血糖(FBG)、血清(CRP)。结果:两组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、尿白蛋白排泄率均明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且组间比较有明显差异(P<0.01)。疗程结束后治疗组血清CRP降低显著(P<0.01)。对照组降低不明显(P>0.05),组间差异有统计学(P<0.01)意义,两组的血肌酐(SCr)、空腹血糖治疗前后及组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:缬沙坦与灯盏花素联合应用可减少尿白蛋白,降低血清CRP水平,对早期糖尿病肾病的治疗有协同作用,值得推广应用。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of valsartan and breviscapine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups according to randomized parallel group control. 34 cases in the control group were given valsartan 80mg / day. In the treatment group, 34 cases were given valsartan 80mg / day. (50 mg) intravenously once daily for 4 weeks. The levels of urine proteinuria (UEA), urinary albumin excretion (UAER), serum creatinine (SCr), fasting blood glucose (FBG) (CRP). Results: Urinary protein excretion and urinary albumin excretion rate decreased significantly (P <0.05 or P <0.01) after 24 hours of treatment, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Serum CRP decreased significantly after treatment in the treatment group (P <0.01). (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in serum creatinine (SCr), fasting blood glucose before and after treatment and between two groups (P> 0.05) . Conclusion: The combination of valsartan and breviscapine can reduce urinary albumin and reduce serum CRP level, and has synergistic effect on the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy, which is worthy of popularization and application.
