五氯酚(PCP)在农业上被广泛用作灭菌、除草和杀虫剂,在工业上用作木材防腐剂。大鼠吸入 PCP 气溶胶的 LD_(50)比口服和腹腔注射所需的剂量低得多。猴一次口服 PCP 10mg/kg 后,血浆内生物学半减期:雌性为84小时,雄性为72小时。PCP 在环境中相当稳定,并能在生物中蓄积,已从人的血液、尿和脂肪组织中析出了PCP。本文作者于1974年从东京和大阪两市医院中的患者取脂肪组织进行分析。样品先用酸洗,后冰冻保存。
Pentachlorophenol (PCP) is widely used in agriculture as a bactericide, herbicide and pesticide and as a wood preservative in the industry. The LD 50 inhaled by PCP aerosol in rats was much lower than that required for oral and intraperitoneal injections. After an oral administration of 10 mg / kg PCP, the biological half-life in plasma was 84 hours for females and 72 hours for males. PCP is fairly stable in the environment and can accumulate in organisms that have precipitated PCP from human blood, urine and adipose tissue. The authors analyzed adipose tissue from patients in hospitals in Tokyo and Osaka in 1974 for analysis. Samples are first pickled and then frozen.
