乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的传染性和对环境因素的抵抗力都较强,因而要阻断环境中HBV 的间接传播就必须对 HBV 污染物进行严格消毒。但由于至今 HBV 尚不能在组织培养中增殖,要比较各种消毒剂对 HBV 的灭活作用就很困难。本文报告了作者在这方面所作的最新研究。本研究共测定了5种化学消毒剂对 HBV的作用。这5种消毒剂是:(1)试剂纯次氯酸钠水溶液(pH9.2);(2)2%戊二醛水溶液(pH8.4);(3)2%戊二醛和7%石炭酸
Hepatitis B virus (HBV) is contagious and resistant to environmental factors are strong, so in order to block the indirect transmission of HBV in the environment must be strictly disinfected on HBV contaminants. However, since HBV has not yet been able to proliferate in tissue culture, it is very difficult to compare the inactivation effect of various disinfectants on HBV.
