1998年7月2日至3日,绍兴县王坛镇发生了一起食物中毒事件,中毒人数共21人。根据流行病学调查、临床分析和实验室检验,确认是由食用烧鸭引起的副溶血性弧菌食物中毒。现报告如下。发病原因调查1.发病情况:7月2日下午2时起,王坛镇人民医院有一批恶心、频繁呕吐、腹痛、病人求诊,共21例。大便性状呈红色洗肉水样,少数为黄水样,伴腹部剧烈绞痛。发热最高达38℃,有的出现头昏口干,四肢无力,其中有一名73岁老太太出现休克症状。病例中女性15人、男性6人,年龄最小3岁,最大73岁,经输液和抗菌治疗,病人大多在2~3天内痊愈出院,无死亡病例。

Female 15 cases, 6 males, the youngest 3 years old, maximum 73 years old, after infusion and antibacterial therapy, most patients were discharged within 2 to 3 days, no deaths.
