我院是所综合性医院,位于以汉族为主、多民族聚居的昌吉市区,为加强对孕妇的培训,于1994年7月创办了孕妇学校,截止1997年10月,共培养2600余人,通过几年的努力,强化了母亲的母乳喂养观念,提高了母乳喂养率。现将我们的做法和体会介绍如下。1 长年坚持,从不间断 我院定于每周四下午讲课,全部内容分4次讲完。每次讲课时间约2h,其余时间给大家咨询、解答问题。无论听课的人多少,我们的工作一丝不苟,亦然认真讲课,耐心回答问题,久而久之,在社会上形成习惯。
Our hospital is a comprehensive hospital, located in Changji, a Han-dominated and multi-ethnic group. Now we approach and experience described below. 1 insisted for many years, from time to time in our hospital is scheduled for every Thursday afternoon lectures, all finished 4 times. Each lecture time about 2h, the rest of the time for everyone to consult and answer questions. No matter how many people we attend, we are meticulous in our work, and we give lectures carefully and patiently answer questions. As time passes, we form a habit in society.
