在制浆厂和制浆造纸综合厂中,制浆原料等因储存数量很大,仓容有限,一般采用露天垛堆存放。当草类原料含水份较高或露天垛堆管理不善,会引起自燃.这里介绍几种检查草垛温度的简便方法。一、玻璃水银温度计测温法在草垛中,按一定距离用大锤打入一段长约2米的φ50～75的铁管,然后在管内插入绑在竹竿上的水银温度计(或半导体点温度计),待5分钟后读数,再拔出铁管.此法劳动强度大,效率低。按每两人一组去测温,8小时仅可完成30个测温点.
