用电镜观察研究样品,为了搜索某些微观特征,往往要化费很长时间。有时,一个微观形貌看到一次后,再要想把它找回来仔细研究或者拍摄,找上半天也不可再得。尽管电镜上控制样品台的手柄都带有螺旋测微仪,但实际工作中仍不方便。正是为了克服这一困难,先进的电镜,如JEOL—2000等,已装有样品表面位置坐标的数字显示。并可以存贮10个感兴趣点的坐标值。依靠调显某点的坐标值和位置的迅速教字显示,就可以操作样品台手柄把已看过的微观形貌找回到电镜视野中来。H—800电镜则进了一步,装有驱动机构,只要键入已存贮过的点号,便能自动调回所需的微观形貌区域。但是,这套附属设备价格颇高,我院在定购H—800电镜时就忍痛割爱了。国内很多H—800部未配备这项功能。
