山东省巨野县供电局在今年的“管理效益年”活动中,结合电力行业特点,紧紧围绕节电降耗这个主题,积极帮助企业开展节电降耗增效益活动,取得显著成效。 近几年,巨野县由于市场疲软,大多数企业不景气,加之内部管理不善,出现个别企业严重拖欠电费的现象。针对这种情况,供电局局长杜庆先对今年的“管理效益年”活动提出新的要求:“供电部门不能仅仅限于满足保证工厂生产用电,还要发挥电力行业特点优势,帮助有困难的生产企业搞好内部挖潜,降低产品电耗,提高经济效益。”于是,他抽调用电科、营业室的5名同志,组成降耗小组,深入工厂调查研究,结合供用电实际,主动帮助企业整改,受到厂家的热情欢迎。到目前为止,共组织150人次到15个单位帮助进行节电降耗工作,其中有12个企业经济效益明显增长。 华鲁油脂厂前几年由于管理不善,企业面临倒闭。降耗小组首先帮助该厂建立了厂级、车间、班组三级节能管理网络,并进行了电能平衡测试,制定出电耗考核办法,将电耗与职工收入挂钩。其次,对该厂进行技术改造,增加无功补偿电容168千乏,去掉重复生产环节的电机6台,共计15千瓦。单位产品电耗由原来每吨大豆电耗50千瓦时降

Secondly, the plant is undergoing technological transformation, adding 168 kilowatts of reactive compensation capacitors, and removing 6 motors from the repetitive production process, for a total of 15 kilowatts. The electricity consumption per unit of product is reduced by 50 kWh per ton of soybean electricity consumption.
