7月下旬,全国教育工会召开老教育工作者座谈会,座谈教师职业道德问题。会上著名少年儿童教育家孙敬修、北京第一实验小学副校长、特级教师王企贤以他们自己几十年来的教育实践体会谈怎样为人师表;北京七中校长刘凤梧和北京师范大学附中一级教师董之林从理论与实际的结合上阐述职业道德。他们的发言对各校深入开展“五讲四美”、“为人师表”活动有启发、推动作用。现将他们的发言摘登如下:
