建立现代企业制度,是我国国有企业改革的方向。只有通过产权清晰、权责明确、政企分开、管理科学的企业制度,才能逐步使国有企业真正成为自主经营、自负盈亏、自我发展、自我约束的企业。这不只是微观的企业本身的改革,更重要的是宏观经济体制的改革。要贯彻实现这一重大的改革,必须针对当前存在的问题,根据邓小平同志提出的解放思想、实事求是的思想路线,探索问题,排除障碍。
The establishment of a modern enterprise system is the direction of the reform of state-owned enterprises in China. Only through the corporate system of clear property rights, clear rights and responsibilities, separate government and enterprises, and scientific management can we gradually make state-owned enterprises truly become self-owned, self-financing, self-development, and self-disciplined enterprises. This is not just the reform of the micro enterprises themselves, but more importantly the reform of the macroeconomic system. To implement this major reform, we must address the current problems and, based on the ideological line of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts proposed by Comrade Deng Xiaoping, explore issues and remove obstacles.
