某处级单位新调来一位主管领导,是按年轻化、知识化的要求调来的——才三十多岁,大专学历。 上任不久,赶上市里号召大搞清洁卫生,上级要求人人动手、处处干净,都要为建设文明城市而努力。新领导找来行政科负责人下命令:去向各科室布置,都好好打扫一下,然后录下像来,到我这儿汇报。果然事后行政科长抱着录像带去汇报了,新领导边看边皱眉指点:这里太乱,还得搞,那里太脏,要返工,某某科不认真,要批评……煞是气派,有大将军运筹帷幄之中的架势。不过可惜,所决胜者并不在‘千里之外’——单位不大,论人员,大小科室加在一起不过百余;论距离,东西南北转一圈也只是千米左右。
