从教育是社会的第四次大分工看,企业教育培训的重要性和不可或缺。从企业教育与国民教育序列的比较研究,从员工职业教育学院的身份、地位、性质出发,既遵循教育规律,又遵循生产规律,是办好员工职业教育学院的必然选择。企业教育培训要结合自身特点把基础教育和大学教育已经成熟的教学管理、手段、技术和有效方法吸收移植和嫁接到企业教育培训活动中,使企业教育效率收益最大化。企业教育是“集大成教育”。培训教师要做“全科医生”。
