Li Chunli, secretary of the Communist Party Committee of 16 districts in Changqing County of Shandong Province, organizes member Zhou Qi and sets an example for cadres and the masses to actively rescue and repel water and save over 40,000 mu of flooded land. After July 25, Changqing County sustained heavy rains for more than ten days. The 16 districts of the county were cross-sections of Zhao Niu River, Bajiao River and Shihuhe River. The rivers and streams suddenly rose and the situation was in a critical condition . Comrade Li Chunli and Zhou Qi led the entire district and township cadres and organized more than 3,000 people,
