2009年12月17日消息,“国研院”纳米元件实验室成功地在一个小型芯片中封装了更多的晶体管。这是迄今为止在这样小的芯片中放入的最多的晶体管。这种新的微型芯片将导致能研制更轻、价格更便宜的笔记本电脑或者手机。
December 17, 2009 - National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology’s nano-component lab successfully packed more transistors in a small chip. This is by far the largest transistor placed in such a small chip. The new microchip will lead to the development of lighter, cheaper laptops or cell phones.
