38份材料,经人工接种抗病性鉴定,筛选出97-16(水茄 Salanum torvum Swart)砧木。该材料经人工接种鉴定,高抗茄子黄萎病(病情指数为零),嫁接不同品种接穗均表现亲和力好、抗病、增产(25％～55.15％),嫁接后对接穗无不良影响。
38 materials were identified by artificial inoculation and screened 97-16 (Salanum torvum Swart) rootstock. The materials were identified by artificial inoculation and highly resistant to Verticillium wilt disease (disease index is zero). The scion of different grafted varieties showed good affinity, disease resistance, increased yield (25% -55.15%) and no adverse effects on the scion after grafting.
