目的探讨三磷酸腺苷（ATP）与骨髓间充质干细胞（BMSCs）复合物联合移植对损伤脊髓的修复及脊髓中神经元特异性烯醇化酶（NSE）表达的影响。方法将48只SD雌性大鼠采用改良Allen’s打击法制备T<sub>12</sub>节段脊髓损伤模型后,随机分为4组,12只/组,A组（ATP+BMSCs联合移植组）、B组（BMSCs移植组）、C组（ATP移植组）、D组（空白对照组）。术后采用Rivlin斜板实验评价后肢功能恢复程度,于28 d处死大鼠后取材行组织学和免疫组织化学染色,观察NS
