我们根据1978年郑州全国胃癌防治研究协作组制定的病理诊断标准,对确诊的509例原发性十二指肠炎进行临床分析,并探讨原发性十二指肠炎和伴发病的关系。资料和分析我院内镜室在1983年5月～1986年4月,用GIF-K 胃镜对1000例患者进行了1046例次检查,确诊原发性十二指肠炎509例,检出率50.9%。男341例,女168例,年龄13～81岁,平均41.6岁。病程1个月至30年
According to the pathological diagnostic criteria developed by the Zhengzhou National Collaborative Group on Gastric Cancer Prevention and Control in 1978, we analyzed the clinical data of 509 cases of primary duodenitis diagnosed and discussed the relationship between primary duodenitis and associated diseases. Data and analysis of our hospital in the endoscopy room in May 1983 ~ April 1986, with GIF-K gastroscopy on 1000 patients were 1046 cases of examination, diagnosed 509 cases of primary duodenitis, the detection rate of 50.9 %. 341 males and 168 females, aged 13 to 81 years, mean 41.6 years.
