今年3月,上海英展第19项“发射光谱现代技术”座谈,由英国兰克赫尔格公司总经理Rippon先生讲解,他在这次技术座谈会上主要谈了五个问题: 1)光学系统——着重讲了弯曲狭缝和全息光栅; 2)解释法——着重讲了“100%总和技术”; 3)高重复率激发源喷射电极; 4)恒电流源溅射辉光放电; 5)电感耦合等离子体(ICP)。通过技术座谈,对上述五个方面的动向和进展情况有了一定的了解,特别对兰克公司这方面的现状做到了心中有数。其主要收获有: 1)兰克公司采用入射狭缝和出射狭缝都弯曲;相互匹
In March this year, Shanghai 19th International Exhibition of Light Emission Spectroscopy Technologies was discussed by Mr. Rippon, general manager of Lancaster Grid. He mainly talked about five issues at this technical forum: 1) Optical systems - focusing on curved slits and holographic gratings; 2) Interpretation - emphasizes “100% summation technique”; 3) High repetition rate excitation source jet electrodes; 4) Constant current source sputtering Optical discharge; 5) Inductively coupled plasma (ICP). Through technical discussions, we have some idea of the trends and progress of the above five aspects. In particular, we have a clear idea of the status quo in this respect. Its main harvest are: 1) Lanke company using the incident slit and the exit slit are curved; mutual
