医院作为基础的卫生理疗部门是医疗体制改革中的关键,保障医院正常有序运转也具有诸多意义。在现行医疗体制中,医院内部党支部对于医院的建设和发展有直接的领导作用,加强医院党务工作,发挥党员队伍在医院内部的带头模范作用更加十分必要。本文将对新时期医院加强党务工作这一问题进行具体研究。在结合当前医院党务工作开展中存在系列问题的基础上,对于如何加强医院党务工作提出了针对性建议,旨在提升党务工作对医院总体发展与改革的促进作用。
Hospitals as the basis of health physiotherapy departments in the medical system reform in the key to ensure the normal operation of the hospital also has a lot of significance.
