本文阐述了有关内燃机车负荷率的基本概念、重要意义和影响因素;阐明了在定置试验和线路运行条件下内燃机车负荷率的计算方法;举出了具体计算实例。本文提出的内燃机车负荷率的计算公式为:在线路运行条件下的净负荷率K_j=(sum from i=1 16 N_i⊿t_i)/(N_(zc)sum from i=1 to 16 ⊿t_i)毛负荷率K_m=(sum from i=1 to 16 N_i⊿t_i)/(N_(zc) sum from i=0 to 16 ⊿t_i)式中i为机车主控制器手把位;N_i为各手把位时柴油机发出的功率(马力);⊿t_i为各手把位时机车运行时间(分或小时);N_(zc)为柴油机装车功率(马力)。
In this paper, the basic concepts, significance and influencing factors of diesel locomotive load rate are expounded. The calculation method of diesel locomotive load rate under locating test and line running conditions is expounded. Some concrete examples are given. The calculation formula of the diesel locomotive load rate proposed in this paper is as follows: The net load rate K_j = (sum from i = 1 16 N_i⊿t_i) / (N_ (zc) sum from i = 1 to 16 ⊿t_i) Gross load rate K_m = (sum from i = 1 to 16 N_i⊿t_i) / (N_ (zc) sum from i = 0 to 16 ⊿t_i) Where i is the locomotive master controller hand position; N_i for each handle Bit diesel engine power (horsepower); ⊿ t_i for each hand position when the locomotive running time (minutes or hours); N_ (zc) for diesel loading power (horsepower).
