名称:香薷.俗名:白花香薷、白花香薷草.概说:香薷名医别录列为中品,有野生,有家种,有大叶香薷(Elshaltyia Patrini Gareke),有细叶香薷(E.Cristata)又有一种石香薷(MalsaPunctata).本草纲目载:“朱丹溪取大叶者为良,而细叶者香烈更甚,今人多用之,方茎尖叶,有刻缺,九月开紫花成穗”.亦有称香薷茎方,叶为长卵形有锯齿,秋开白花,略带紫色,丛聚成穗状.本省家种的香薷开白花而略带红晕香味芳烈,以宜春出产为最多.
