爵床系爵床科植物爵床(Justicia procumbens L.)的全草。我所在筛选抗心律失常药物时,发现爵床对动物实验性心律失常有一定预防和治疗作用,经研究确证抗心律失常的主要有效成分为新爵床素B(neojusticin B)。取宁国县产爵床干全草粗粉600g,乙醚回流提取,提取液浓缩至100ml,放置,析出黄绿色粉状物,滤出,干燥,约得1.2g,此部分经药理筛选证明为有效部分。薄层层析[吸附剂为硅胶G,展开剂为石油醚:乙醚(2:8)],在紫外光下观察,有7个荧光斑点:Ⅰ(R_f=0.66,蓝色);Ⅱ(R_f=0.50,紫色);Ⅲ(R_f=0.43,蓝色);Ⅳ(R_f=0.32,蓝色);
