目的探讨迅速治疗手足口病并发口腔溃疡治疗方案。方法将96例手足病并发口腔溃疡患儿分为治疗组、对照组1和对照组2。治疗组采取喜炎平注射液与注射用水溶性维生素联合治疗,对照组1单用喜炎平注射液,对照组2单用注射用水溶性维生素。各组药物用量相同,疗程均为5d。结果治疗组患儿体温恢复时间,口腔疼痛缓解及口腔溃疡愈合时间均明显短于对照组1和对照组2(P<0.01),对照组1体温恢复时间明显短于对照组2(P<0.05),对照组2口腔疼痛缓解及口腔溃疡愈合时间明显短于对照组1(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液与注射用水溶性维生素联合治疗手足口病并发口腔溃疡疗效显著,疗程短,使用安全。
Objective To explore the rapid treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease complicated with oral ulcer treatment. Methods 96 cases of foot and mouth disease with oral ulcer were divided into treatment group, control group 1 and control group 2. In the treatment group, Xiyanping injection and water-soluble vitamin for injection were used. In control group 1, Xiyanping injection was used alone, while in control group 2, water-soluble vitamin alone was used for injection. The same amount of drugs in each group, treatment were 5d. Results The recovery time of body temperature, the relief of oral pain and the healing time of oral ulcer in treatment group were significantly shorter than those in control group 1 and control group 2 (P <0.01). The recovery time of body temperature in control group 1 was significantly shorter than that of control group 2 (P <0.05) ), Control group 2 oral pain relief and oral ulcer healing time was significantly shorter than the control group 1 (P <0.05). Conclusion Xiyanping injection with water-soluble vitamin injection for the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease complicated with oral ulcer significant effect, short course of treatment, safe to use.
