目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染与解脲支原体(UU)感染的关系。方法对177例妇产科门诊就诊患者,采用PCR技术检测筛查UU,检查HPVDNA及其基因分型,观察其感染率,又设UU检出阳性者为观察组,设UU检出阴性者为对照组,两组进行HPV阳性率的对比分析。结果 UU的感染率为29.3%(52/177);HPV的感染率为31.6%(56/177),共检出21个不同的亚型,HPV高危型和可能高危型31例,占55.4%(31/56);HPV低危型16例,占28.6%(16/56);未知危险型7例,占13.4%(7/56);观察组HPV阳性率为42.3%(22/52),对照组的HPV阳性率为27.2%(34/125),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论解脲支原体(UU)感染与人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染具有相关性,可能会增加人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的机会。
Objective To investigate the relationship between human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and Uu infection. Methods A total of 177 outpatients with obstetrics and gynecology were enrolled in this study. UU was screened by PCR. The genotypes of HPVDNA and its genotypes were examined. The positive rates of HPV infection and UU were determined. Control group, two groups of HPV positive rate comparative analysis. Results The infection rate of UU was 29.3% (52/177). The infection rate of HPV was 31.6% (56/177). A total of 21 different subtypes were detected. There were 31 cases of HPV high risk type and high risk type (55.4% (31/56). HPV was low risk type in 16 cases (28.6%, 16/56), unknown risk type was 7 (13.4%) in observation group (42.3%, 22/52) . The positive rate of HPV in the control group was 27.2% (34/125). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The association of UU infection with human papillomavirus (HPV) infection may increase the chance of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection.
