动态视频监控报警联网系统能有效整合社会安防资源,在此基础上利用城市监控信息综合服务平台,实现视频报警信息共享。某市包括4个行政区,其公安机关包括38个派出所、4个分局。由于缺乏统一的规划和组织协调,各个安防系统自成体系,没有形成网络化运行,信息资源难以共享。整合社会安防资源、构建社会治安动态视频监控报警联网系统成为当务之急。在此基础上利用城市监控报警信息综合服务平台,实现视频报警信息充分共享,为城市应急联动系统提供覆盖广泛的图像信息。该市将建设5050个视频监控点,并全部联网运行。
Dynamic video surveillance alarm networking system can effectively integrate social security resources, on the basis of the city monitoring information integrated service platform to achieve video alarm information sharing.
