目的分析在妇科体检患者护理中应用人文关怀的效果。方法随机选择2014年11月至2016年11月在本院接受妇科体检的女性200例参与研究,随机平均分成2组,对照组在进行妇科体检时仅实施常规指导,观察组在进行妇科体检时对患者实施人文关怀,比较两组效果。结果观察组体检满意度为78%,对照组体检满意度为38%;观察组VAS评分为(2.34±0.86)分,对照组VAS评分为(6.38±0.95)分。结论人文关怀应用在妇科体检患者护理中能够保证体检顺利进行,保证体检质量,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of applying humane care in the nursing of gynecological patients. Methods From November 2014 to November 2016, 200 women with gynecological examination in our hospital were selected randomly and randomly divided into two groups. In the control group, only gynecological examination was performed only for routine guidance. In the gynecological examination, Humane care of patients, the two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction of the examination group was 78% in the observation group and 38% in the control group. The VAS score was (2.34 ± 0.86) in the observation group and (6.38 ± 0.95) in the control group. Conclusion The application of humanistic care in the gynecological examination of patients with nursing to ensure the smooth progress of the medical examination, to ensure the quality of physical examination, it is worth promoting.
