主要提出一种简单实用并且改进的高精度的电子秤设计方案,使测量精度得到大大提高。改进的设计采用STC89C51RC单片机作为微控制器的电子秤,采用高精度的16位AD转换芯片AD770506。介绍了系统的整体设计方案、称重传感器信号采集系统设计。本设计压力传感器使用电阻应变片,它能将机械构件上应变的变化转换为电阻变化。采用STC89C51RC单片机作为控制核心,使用电阻应变片作为测量的装置,使用16位高精度的A/D转换芯片AD770506把模拟量转换成数字量,把数据传输给单片机,单片机在通过LCD1602显示。设计电路集成度高、抗噪声能力强、滤波效果显著,具有很好的系统稳定性和测量准确性。
