解理特征应力理论是姚枚等人提出的一种新的冷脆理论。这一理论的主要内容是：①提出“解理特征应力”作为表征钢材解理断裂阻力的特征参量，并阐明了其在钢材冷脆行为中的作用；②提出“冷脆特征温度”及“冷脆临界裂纹尺寸”作为定量评定钢材冷脆倾向、防止钢结构发生冷脆断裂倾向的特征参量；③根据解理特征应力理论，对材料及结构冷脆的一些重要现象及规律进行分析。本文介绍该理论的第一部分。
Cleavage characteristic stress theory is a new cold and brittle theory put forward by Yao et al. The main contents of this theory are as follows: Firstly, the “stress signal of cleavage” is proposed as the characteristic parameter to characterize the cleavage fracture resistance of steel and its role in the cold brittleness behavior of steel; ②The “cold brittle characteristic temperature” and “ Cold-brittle critical crack size ”is used as a quantitative parameter to evaluate the tendency of cold-brittleness of steel and to prevent cold brittle fracture tendency of steel structure. ③According to the theory of cleavage characteristic stress, some important phenomena and regularity of cold and brittleness of material and structure are analyzed. This article describes the first part of the theory.
