进入21世纪以来,房地产业已经成为我国国民经济结构中非常重要的支柱产业,我国未来房地产业的发展趋势直接影响到整个国民经济建设和社会稳定发展。我国改革开放三十多年来,经济总量不断增加,国民生活社会平显著提升,在全新的历史时期中国将面临翻天覆地的变化。进入新世纪以来,我国房地产事业迎来了全新的发展高峰,在过去的十年间中国房地产如井喷状态不断向前发展。城市化进程不断迈进,直接推动了中国房地产事业的大发展和大繁荣,房地产建设规模和建筑面积在逐年增加。从2008年以来,我国房地产市场呈现不断上升的现象,房价一只在上升,国家政府调控下,房价也在稳步上涨,很多人都关心未来中国房地产的发展趋势。本文主要结合实际情况,首先分析了影响中国房地产发展的因素,然后就中国房地产未来发展趋势进行了简要论述,希望通过本次研究对同行有一定帮助。
Since the beginning of the 21st century, the real estate industry has become a very important pillar industry in our country’s national economic structure. The future development trend of the real estate industry in our country will directly affect the entire national economic construction and social stability and development. Over the past thirty years since China’s reform and opening up, the total economic output has continuously increased, and the level of people’s living standards has risen significantly. In the new historical period, China will face tremendous changes. Since entering the new century, China’s real estate industry ushered in a new peak of development in the past ten years, China’s real estate such as blowout continues to move forward. The continuous progress of urbanization has directly promoted the great development and prosperity of China’s real estate industry, and the scale of real estate construction and construction area have been increasing year by year. Since 2008, China’s real estate market has been on the rise. As housing prices rise and property prices are under the control of the state government, house prices have also risen steadily. Many people are concerned about the development trend of China’s real estate in the future. Based on the actual situation, this article mainly analyzes the factors that affect the real estate development in China and then briefly discusses the future development trend of real estate in China. I hope that this study will be of some help to our counterparts.
