选择经过不同定型温度(260~410℃)制备的聚四氟乙烯微孔膜,通过测量微孔膜的表观接触角来表征其润湿性,采用DCAT 21表/界面张力仪上带有的高敏感性微电力学天平测量了微孔膜表面的粘附力,并分析了粘附性质的影响因素。测试结果表明,聚四氟乙烯膜表面的接触角从121°增大至134°,而粘附力从176.4μN增大到218.736μN,并得出结论,润湿性随定型温度的升高而减弱,而粘附性随定型温度的升高而增强。
The polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) microporous membrane prepared by different setting temperature (260 ~ 410 ℃) was chosen to characterize its wettability by measuring the apparent contact angle of the microporous membrane.
