以N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷和N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮为反应单体,以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,通过自由基共聚反应,合成了有机硅共聚物降滤失剂烷氧基硅烷类乙烯基单体共聚物(PKANS)。红外分析表明PKANS的分子结构符合预期,热重分析表明其抗温可达310.2℃。当PKANS用量为2.0%(wt,质量分数)时,淡水与复合盐水钻井液在220℃高温老化后的常温常压滤失量分别为13.2和21.6mL,高温高压滤失量滤失量分别为35.8和51.6mL,表明PKANS具备良好的抗温耐盐降滤失性能,吸附实验表明PKANS与粘土颗粒间的吸附作用不易被高温破坏。
N, N-dimethylacrylamide, 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, γ- (methacryloyloxy) propyltrimethoxysilane and N-vinylpyrrolidone , The organosilicone copolymer fluid loss improver alkoxysilane vinyl monomer copolymer (PKANS) was synthesized by free radical copolymerization using azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator. Infrared analysis showed that the molecular structure of PKANS was in line with expectation. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that its temperature was up to 310.2 ℃. When the dosage of PKANS is 2.0% (wt, mass fraction), the normal temperature and pressure filtration loss of freshwater and composite brine drilling fluid after high temperature aging at 220 ℃ are 13.2 and 21.6mL respectively, and the filtration loss under high temperature and high pressure are 35.8 and 51.6mL, respectively, indicating that PKANS has a good resistance to temperature and salt dropout. The adsorption experiments show that the adsorption between PKANS and clay particles is not easily destroyed by high temperature.
