1、胰腺移植实验与临床研究武汉医学院器官移植研究所及其附属同济医院进行了108次狗胰移植实验,建立了糖尿病动物模型。为摸索移植术式,分别成功地建立了对胰管采用开放或阻塞两种术式,并进行了自体和同种异体胰移植实验。还制定了判断移植胰功能的一套指标,基本掌握了胰排斥反应的规律和表现以及抗排斥反应的措施。随后,又为3例胰岛素依赖型糖尿病病人施行了同种胰节段移植,已有1例出现功能存活,至今已超过半年,血糖正

In order to explore the transplant operation, we successfully established two kinds of open or occluded pancreatic duct operation, and autologous and allogeneic pancreatic transplantation experiment. Also set a set of indicators to determine the function of transplanted pancreas, the basic grasp of the rules and manifestations of pancreatic rejection and anti-rejection measures. Subsequently, three patients with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus were also treated with the same type of pancreatic segmentectomy, and one case had functional survival and has now been more than six months.
