急性溶血性输血反应是输血治疗中最可怕的并发症之一,因其可导致急性肾功能衰竭和严重的出血素质。本文对有关急性溶血性输血反应病理转归的现有知识作一回顾,试图创制一个模型解释此时发生的急性肾功衰竭和出血素质,并据此提出合理的治疗方法。弥漫性血管内凝血有溶血性输血反应的病人会出现出血素质,有时达到威胁生命的程度。这种出血素质的原因是弥漫性血管内凝血(DIC)及随之而产生的凝血因子耗竭。业已证明,人的溶血性输血反应可触发DIC。Mckay指出,
