我院收治1例脑内血管畸形并发转移性未分化腺癌,现报告如下。 患者,男,64岁。因骑车不慎跌倒,当即右侧肢体活动不便,在某院治疗1个月。出现头痛、呕吐、语无伦次,性格改变而转来我院。检查:嗜睡、淡漠、双眼视神经乳头水肿,右上下肢肌力4°,右Gordon(+)。脑超声中线波向右移位0.6cm,左颈内动脉造影示额中后部占位病变。行左额开颅术,见额叶中后部皮层下3cm处一簇异常血管,体积约
