马年初春,万物萌动,生机盎然。本刊记者一行二人踏上胜利油田这片神奇的土地,无时不感受到胜利人如火的热情,也分享了他们成功的喜悦,更增添了几分敢为人先的豪气。2001年,胜利油田再夺中石化系统效益之冠,共实现利润116.71亿元。成就的取得与油田实施“科技兴油”战略密不可分,其中也包含着油田广大职教工作者的心血和汗水。 过去的一年,面对油田重组改制步伐的加快和新技术、新设备、新工艺不断应用的新形势,油田职救系统的干部、职工不等不靠,认真、主动、扎实地开展工作,涌现出了一批先进典型。本刊特对胜利油田及其四个单位的先进经验进行总结并予以刊发,与读者共享。他们的经验虽各有千秋、特色不同,但有一点是共同的,那就是找准培训与企业生产经营的结合点,创造性地开展工作,为油田改革发展助力加油。
