Zheng Xinli, 66, is the deputy director of the CPPCC National Committee Economic Committee and the executive vice chairman of China International Economic Exchange Center. From June 2000 as the deputy director of the Policy Research Office of the CPC Central Committee, he became one of the key figures of a central think tank.
